Reagan Arcand ( Office Manager/Reception/Dental Assistant )

Reagan is a certified level 2 dental assistant after graduating from Everest College.  Reagan has been with the practice since the day we opened our doors in 2013!  Reagan moved from London to Kemptville in 1996 and has seen the community grow rapidly.

Outside of the office she is busy taxiing her 4 lovely kids around town!  Reagan enjoys spending time with her busy family at the rink, baseball diamond, dance studio, and football field.

Michaela ( Dental Hygienist )

Michaela graduated from Algonquin College with her dental hygiene diploma. She has lived in Kemptville since 2003, and recently bought her first house in Merrickville with her boyfriend, (now fiancé!!!), Jon. She has 5 cats and two dogs!

Her hobbies include reading, music, camping and spending time by the pool in the summer. Michaela began pursuing her passion for dentistry after having orthodontic treatment to help her achieve a beautiful smile!

Annemarie ( IV Sedation Nurse )

Annemarie is a married mother of 3 great kids, 2 boys and one girl. She has lived in the North Grenville area for 20+ years. She graduated from the nursing program at Algonquin College in 1991 and has worked the majority of her career in home care as a visit nurse. She is always looking for new ways to be challenged and add to her skill set.  This brought Annemarie to work at Kemptville Smiles Dentistry.

She is a volunteer with a local Air Cadet Squadron and loves spending time with her supportive husband, children, family, friends and their wonderful pets. In her spare time she plays the snare drum in a Pipe and Drum band.

Amanda Lynn, RDH

Amanda, originally from Halifax, spent the last 15 years in the Canadian Armed Forces as a Medical Technician. Amanda graduated from Algonquin College in 2017 with a diploma in Dental Hygiene. She decided to pursue a career in dental hygiene so she could continue helping people in a healthcare related field.

Outside of the office, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, and two boys, ages 5 and 2. She also enjoys being outdoors, walking the dog, and baking treats for her co-workers.

Kerry Cook, RDH

Kerry graduated from Algonquin College in 2003 with her Dental Hygiene Diploma. She moved from Georgetown to Kemptville the end of 2015.

Kerry Is a mother of two young kids; a girl and a boy.

She enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, walking and playing with her dog, reading, baking and cake decorating.

Megan Heron, CDA II

Meg graduated from Algonquin College with her Dental Assisting Level I & II Diploma in 2017. Prior to finding her passion in dental, Meg grew up right here in Kemptville. She graduated from St. Michael’s Catholic High School, and has seen Kemptville grow into the town it is today.

Meg moved to Almonte in 2012 with her now husband Justin. After they had their first son, they wanted to be closer to family, which meant moving closer to kemptville. After having their second son, buying their first house (only a short drive outside of Kemptville) and getting married, Meg decided to start the Dental Assisting program at Algonquin. She fell in love with it right away! She graduated as class representative and even made it onto the Deans Honor list.

Meg has a busy house with two young boys running around (one attending Junior Kindergarten in Kemptville), two dogs, two cats and her supportive husband. When not at work Meg enjoys spending time with her boys, playing outside and getting messy. She also enjoys many DIY projects, and helping her husband with their home renovations.
